You might feel worried about having an \u00ab\u00a0accident,\u00a0\u00bb and avoid hobbies, social activities, and life responsibilities as a result. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The good news is that overactive bladder is treatable. The following list can help you to take control of symptoms of OAB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h2><b> Seek treatment. <\/b><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Overactive bladder is common. Kegel exercises can help you to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles so they can better support the bladder. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/incontinence\/kegel-exercises-for-urinary-incontinence.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">locate your pelvic floor muscles<\/a>, try tightening the muscles you would use if you were trying to stop urinating in midstream. Hold your pelvic floor muscles clenched for a few seconds and then relax.
