Cardiovascular Disease Study in Obesity

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a once-weekly, experimental medication for participants who have obesity or are overweight and have established cardiovascular disease. The study will last about 113 weeks.

This clinical research study is being conducted to see if ziltivekimab can be used to treat people living with heart failure and inflammation. Participants will either get ziltivekimab or placebo. The study is expected to last for up to 4 years. Participants will have up to 20 clinic visits.
